This department undertakes all contentious legal matters at Nepal’s District Courts, Courts of Appeals, and Supreme Court, as well as tax tribunals, labor courts, and all other judicial or quasi-judicial bodies.
This department is more focused toward providing wide range of consultation to any client that is in need. The consultation is extended from national individuals, corporations, companies, etc to international individual clients as well as corporations and companies.
This department undertakes all work relating to corporate compliance, interfacing with various government organizations. The Corporate Department also drafts and negotiates contracts, structures and restructures corporate forms, recovers debt, advises on letters of credit, banking and insurance related law, assists in labor matters, and much more.
This department undertakes all work relating to Non-Governmental Organizations (“NGOs”), including International Non-Governmental Organizations (“INGOs”), from the registration process to the implementation of development projects and more. This department further deals with the foreign investment in Nepal and assist international clients for the investment in the developmental projects in Nepal including Hydro-Power Projects and Investments in different sectors in Nepal.
